It's vacation season and having a small take-along project is important for fiber freaks and obsessive knitters.  Socks are perfect for that...so...let's make socks, people!  Here's the details. 

We'll send you 8 oz. of alpaca yarn in the natural color(s) of your choice.  Use your pattern or ours and send us pictures of your project, both in process and finished.  Give as many details as you'd like.  We'll post them for you and show off your handiwork alongside the animal(s) that provided the wool for your socks. 

If you're a hand spinner and would prefer to spin your own yarn, we'll send 8-9 oz. of carded alpaca batts in the natural color(s) of your choice.  Take that spindle along on vacation and look forward to a cozy pair of socks as your reward in the fall.

Yarn or fiber will be sent as soon as payment is received.  Pattern will be emailed to your email address.  All projects will be posted on this site as well as on our blog.

Another great knit along for vacation season!  We'll be knitting a circular shawl, ala Elizabeth Zimmermann, beginning on double points and moving to a 16 inch circular needle.  We'll provide 1250 yards of sport or DK weight alpaca yarn in the colors of your choice, the basic pattern, some stitch pattern suggestions for those large sections of plain knitting, edging suggestions, and the cheerleaders!  You'll end up with an heirloom quality project that will reward you with unbelievable warmth and softness this winter. 

Send us pictures of your progress and finished project and we'll display them alongside the animal(s) that provided the wool.  For a bigger shawl, you may request extra yarn at $22 per skein for a 250 yd skein.  Yarn will be shipped after payment is received.  Pattern and details will be emailed to your email address.  Pictures will be posted on this site as well as on our blog. 

We'll be knitting teddy bears this summer.  They'll be a perfect Christmas gift for that child or special person in your life and now is the time to get started. 

We'll provide the yarn in your choice of color(s) and the pattern for you. You'll have plenty of choices to make that will personalize your bear and you can knit along with our progress if you like.  We'll post pictures of your completed projects alongside the animal(s) that provided the wool.
